How does tab-isolated routing work?
ProxyMaster generates a custom dynamic Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) script locally in Chrome. Whenever you load a page, the browser evaluates the rule. If a tab is configured to use a proxy, that specific tab's requests are sent to the node. All other tabs continue to use your standard default connection.
What is a WebRTC leak, and how does ProxyMaster stop it?
WebRTC is a protocol standard enabling audio/video inside tabs, but it can leak your real local IP even when using a standard proxy or VPN. ProxyMaster intercepts the WebRTC API endpoints directly inside the browser sandbox, preventing disclosures while keeping normal media features active.
Can I import custom proxy lists?
Yes, ProxyMaster supports importing proxy server lists in standard format (ip:port:user:pass or host:port). You can select and associate different proxy hosts from your list to individual tabs or domains.
Do you keep any logs of my browsing traffic?
No. ProxyMaster does not operate external routing servers. All connection configurations and proxy credentials remain local inside your Chromium extension sandbox. We do not inspect, log, or track your traffic.
