How does tab-isolated routing work?
ProxyMaster generates a custom dynamic Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) script locally in Chrome. Whenever you load a page, the browser evaluates the rule. If a tab is configured to use a proxy, that specific tab's requests are sent to the node. All other tabs continue to use your standard default connection.
What is a WebRTC leak, and how does ProxyMaster stop it?
WebRTC enables real-time audio and video but may expose network addresses through non-proxied UDP. ProxyMaster applies Chrome's native WebRTC IP handling policy to reduce that exposure. It does not intercept page APIs and cannot guarantee complete anonymity.
Can I import custom proxy lists?
Yes, ProxyMaster supports importing proxy server lists in standard format (ip:port:user:pass or host:port). You can select and associate different proxy hosts from your list to individual tabs or domains.
Do you keep any logs of my browsing traffic?
Your custom proxy credentials and rules remain in Chrome extension storage. If you activate the optional trial, our Cloudflare endpoint processes a limited network fingerprint and assigns one proxy from the trial pool. Traffic sent through any proxy is subject to that proxy provider's practices.
