1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension on your Chromium-compatible browsers in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Extension to perform illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks, fraud, scanning, or distributing malicious payloads. You are responsible for ensuring that all data traffic routed via custom proxy hosts complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction and target domains.
3. Trial & Subscriptions
The trial version offers core proxy setup functions for a trial period of 7 days. Continuous use of advanced features (like tab-isolated rules, multiple active slots, and automated rotation) requires upgrading to our Pro Tier subscription. We handle transactions securely via approved payment providers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extension will operate continuously, error-free, or meet all security expectations, as connection quality and uptime are dependent on the third-party proxy hosts you configure.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall browsx-ext or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Extension following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
