By installing and using the ProxyMaster browser extension (the “Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension on your Chromium-compatible browsers in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Extension to perform illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks, fraud, scanning, or distributing malicious payloads. You are responsible for ensuring that all data traffic routed via custom proxy hosts complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction and target domains.
3. Free Plan, Trial Proxy & Pro License
The free plan remains available with the limits shown in the Extension, currently up to 3 website rules and 10 saved proxy entries. A separate optional proxy assignment may be provided for 7 days. It is limited to one trial per network/device fingerprint and may be unavailable or withdrawn if abused. Pro unlocks the management features shown at purchase time, such as unlimited rules, profiles, import/export, and proxy testing. A Pro purchase does not include unlimited third-party proxy servers unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Prices, supported currencies, network fees, and confirmation requirements are displayed during checkout. A license is issued only after the payment provider reports the required confirmed payment amount. Cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed on the blockchain.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extension will operate continuously, error-free, or meet all security expectations, as connection quality and uptime are dependent on the third-party proxy hosts you configure.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Browser Toolbox or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Extension following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
