By installing and using the ProxySnap browser extension (the “Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension on your Chromium-compatible browsers in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Extension to perform illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks, fraud, scanning, or distributing malicious payloads. You are responsible for ensuring that all data traffic routed via custom proxy hosts complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction and target domains.
3. Free Proxy Management & Optional Trial
ProxySnap lets you manage your own proxy profiles, global and per-site routing rules, context-menu shortcuts, and connection diagnostics without a subscription. The shared community proxy is an optional three-day trial. The trial is limited to one use under the anti-abuse rules described in our Privacy Policy; reinstalling the Extension does not restart it.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Extension or the optional shared proxy will operate continuously, remain available, work with every website, or meet all security expectations. Connection quality and uptime also depend on the custom or third-party proxy hosts you choose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Browser Toolbox or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Extension following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
