By installing and using the Obsidian AdBlocker Chrome extension (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. License
The Extension is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Extension on your own devices.
2. Provided “As Is”
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ad and content filtering depends on third-party filter lists and website behavior, and cannot be guaranteed to block every ad or banner on every site at all times.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Browser Toolbox or its developers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or interrupted access to websites.
4. Third-Party Content
The Extension uses open-source filter data such as EasyList and is not affiliated with the EasyList project, Adblock Plus, or Google Chrome. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
